Yes. We can assist with artwork preparation, logo placement, design adjustments, and custom graphic design services. Additional design fees may apply depending on the project.
Production times vary depending on the product, order quantity, and customization requirements. Most orders begin production after payment and artwork approval have been received. Estimated production times will be provided when available.
Yes. For custom products, we may provide a digital proof for approval. It is the customer's responsibility to review all artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, and design details before approving production.
Once artwork is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.
Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We accept most common file formats, including:

- JPG/JPEG
- AI
- EPS
- SVG
- PSD
For the best print quality, we recommend high-resolution files or vector artwork whenever possible.
Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated images may produce poor print results.
S.O.M.E. Custom Prints prints artwork as submitted and approved by the customer. Products printed using customer-provided artwork are not eligible for refunds or reprints due to image quality issues.
